Product: ENVY desk top
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool. It asks for my  Product ID to see if my machine is able to use this tool. When I enter the product ID and I am told to contact HP Support.

if it means that the computer, is not supported, you can reinstall the latter, using the microsoft tool
