Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-1000i RCTO Base Model

I downloaded the HP Cloud Recovery APP from WIndows store. All went well. Then it downloaded the OEM WIN 11 build. Then it got stuck and is showing Error code 0xC00409. I tried everything to get it to work and I'm stumped. I already reinstalled windows 11 awhile ago. I have a few missing drivers from it (headphone jack wont turn on when an audio cable is plugged in not only in the front but the back. The motherboard shows has no damage to it. (ran troubleshooter after troubleshooter.)  So an OEM (Or close to it) would help out tremendously. Many thanks in advance.
