Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Screen showing 'FW Recovery Error' before booting attempt. I am using Windows 11 OS 64bit. Also not able to boot from USB for reinstalling the OS. Please help.

What happens when you try?

For some computers, immediately after power-on, press F10 to show a "boot menu". Does the USB show as a bootable device?
