Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a friend who has an AIO and it keeps turning off and coming back on. I checked the fan. It works. I made sure there is no dust on the mobo. Everything is spotless. Clean re-install of OS. Went to the support forum and tried to find other people with the same problem. I updated all drivers to the latest that HP provides. I went to install the bios update ( that is one thing HP said could be the reason for the restart problem), and noticed that they don't HAVE an update for the 2B42. All the others have an update. So, where is the bios updae for the 2B42? Googled it. Nothing. So, someone with some knowledge please give me a link to a new bios update. Because that is all that is left to update. Thanks.
