I am unable to print my documents as the Printer Information Page tells me. I am senior and I was using wired printer.

Are you getting any error messages showing or does it just say 'Printer was unable to print'. Printers can be very temperamental on WiFi but generally are better when wired, such as yours. There are a number of options to check first:
Has it run out of paper in the tray(s)? Is there sufficient ink remaining? Have you selected the correct sized paper for the print job? Is the Print Queue 'blocked' with a cancelled job? Does the printer appear in Windows available Printers/Scanners? Have you tried turning off the power to the printer and rebooting Windows?
