Hi:
If you are referring to the icons that are on the taskbar being arranged in the middle of the taskbar, see this link for how to easily fix that problem.
How to Move the Taskbar Icons to the Left on Windows 11 (howtogeek.com)

The link I posted works fine for me.
See if this video link works...

If not, I will have to write down the procedure which will take much longer to do than to actually move the icons to the left.

Hello Paul. I am referring to my desktop icons like Google, trashbin, some of my documents I saved on my desktop, I noticed they are in the middle of my computer screen. I cannot drag them over. I can see around the desktop icons a square around them. How do I put them back to left of my screen. ? Thank you

You're very welcome.
This is what Microsoft tells us to do...
You should be able to arrange your desktop icons however you want.
Since you want them all aligned on the left side of your desktop screen, follow these steps:
- Right-click at a blank area on your desktop.
- Hover on View.
- In the right pane, look for Auto arrange icons. If it's checked, make sure to uncheck it.
- Hover again on View.
- This time, check Align icons to grid. Your icons should now be aligned on the left side of the screen.

Glad you got that sorted out.
As far as the 'This site cannot be reached' problem, I recommend that if you are using Microsoft Edge, that you reset Microsoft Edge to its defaults and clear all cookies.
- Open Microsoft Edge and click the menu icon (three horizontal dots) in the upper right corner.
- Click Settings.
- Click Reset Settings in the left pane.
- Click Restore settings to their default values.
- Click Reset.
If you are using Google Chrome, it should be a similar process, since Microsoft Edge is based on the Chrome browser.
