HP Device Manager 4.7 SP11
Microsoft Windows Server 2012

Hello.

After updating HPDM to version 4.7SP11 on the server, launching console is displaying incorrectly. Starting window of console turned vertically, button “maximize” is unavailable and no information in fields. At the same time, while connecting from another machine, everything is ok.

Left side - is ok (my PC)

Right side - console on server

My guess is something went wrong when replacing the JVM folder during the upgrade.  Please try:

  1. quit all console and stop HPDM server service
  2. run the SP11 installer as admin
  3. start HPDM Server service
  4. start the console to see if fixed.

if that doesn't help, you can copy the JVM folder from another installation (as you mentioned there are other consoles) and overwrite this one on the server.
