HP Device Manager Console wont start anymore

Dear Support Team,

We are currently unable to open the HP Device Manager console. The server appears to be running, but the console does not launch, and even logging in with the local root user has no effect.

I have attached the relevant logs for your reference.

Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this issue?
