Such as you name it. I cannot find any topic regarding HP Device Manager anywhere.
My questions / issues are virtually unlimited and I can't seem to find any form of support anywhere. Yes, the online manual but it doesn't shed any light on how to troubleshoot problems like deploying applications, updates or just how to retrieve / deploy thin client images.

Hi
The picture I posted is a MICROSOFT Device Manager screenshot, not HP.
DuckDuckgo suggests...
http://www8.hp.com/us/en/thin-clients/index.html
https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO2348.html
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04920485
and the query I am answering is about Thin Clients.
Not my area of expertise at all.

Hi
The Honorific Title awarded to me by this forum doesn't really reflect my incompetence in the area of Thin Clients.
But you already spotted that, and I wondered why the question was NOT placed in the
Business PCs, Workstations and Point of Sale Systems

Well that explains lots of things. Sorry if I overjudged your l33t skillz in the area of the area that I cannot find any topic of at all on this forum. Hence my motivation to just blatantly post my question in any general area not specifically related to my pains concerning HP Device Manager. Which is actually a great piece of software that allows me to properly configure my 200+ thin clients currently deployed all over Europe from the comfort of my chair without having to leave my safe space.
The thing is, I am actually halfway there but theres' just too much open ends that I cannot configure without talking to an expert.
Thanks for the laughter anyway!
Best
