Here is a screenshot of the message that comes to me.  I download the update and do the installation part that says its finished but the attached screenshot re-appears as though the installation is incomplete in some way?

Any advice welcome please:)

Try restarting the PC if you have not done this.

Try uninstalling this App in Settings, Apps, Installed Apps. Also check Programs and Features in Control Panel.

 

I don't think you need this App.
