Please let me know which fan or fans I would need to replace; and include the parts number so I can order a replacement.

From the description given, it is not possible to tell which/what is making the sound, so replacement parts numbers are not possible, either.  The next steps would be to open the case and try to determine by observation and more careful inspection to see/hear where the sound is originating.  OR - take it to a repair tech.

If there is a fan not turning or turning slowly, that is a piece to consider.
