Beats audio for desktop HP 700-038d doesn't work.Please help me how to fix it.

Equiler in beats aduio doesn't work. But program can open.

Welcome to HP Forums and Thanks for the post. 

 

I understand that you are facing an issue with Beats audio control panel as it has stopped working. 

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you. 

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?

 

Request you open device manager by doing a right-click on the Windows button. 

Uninstall the audio driver, delete the driver when prompted during uninstall. 

Restart your computer and install the driver from this link and check. 

 

Keep me posted.

I do it already but i still have a problem. Can you please tell me how to fix it

Thanks for the reply, did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver from the link shared. 

If the issue persists, uninstall the audio driver again and install it from recovery manager. Click here for assistance in using Recovery Manager to install the audio driver.
