The link to download this tool is dead, can anyone advise where I can download this tool from? Or could someone at HP sort the link out please?
Thanks

H, James:
HP has this info link on your notebook's support page:
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

Hi Paul,
Thank you for your quick response, I might be being blind but I can't see the link on the page you suggested. I have tried to access the software & drivers page using my serial number, but it isn't loading.
Just for context, this device is pre-loaded with Microsoft Teams Room. So I can't just use a Windows 10/11 USB stick as I would usually.
Thanks
James

You're very welcome, James.
The cloud recovery tool link that I posted informs you how to use it.
I have zipped up and attached the file you need below if the one on the above link doesn't work.
Unless HP included the instructions to the wrong variation of the cloud recovery tool, you enter your notebooks full product number in the tool's search window.
You can also first enter the product number in the window at the link below to see if your notebook is supported by the tool.

Hi Paul,
Thank you again for a quick response. Unfortunately the model number I have doesn't work in the link you sent.

If you have any other info as to where I could get a copy of the OS for this, I would be very grateful.
Thanks
James

Hi Paul,
I have found this:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/rooms/console
But I have got time to run through it this afternoon. I'll take a look next week, see if I can get it working.
Thanks
James

Hi, James:
When I enter the product number on the website I posted, it indicates the product is supported.
If you are not using your notebook to create the recovery media with, it is very picky on how you enter the product number in the tool itself.
You cannot mouse off the number.
You have to hit the enter key or you will get an invalid product number.
See my screenshots...I deliberately did it the way most folks do, and it won't work.
Leaving no space or clicking off that window, just press the enter key and you will be prompted to continue on.
