Product: HP Elite Slice G2 with Microsoft Teams Rooms (5DP48AV)
Hi there,
I have a HP Elite Slice G2 Audio Ready with Microsoft Team Rooms (5JG15EA) in my company. After last weekend it keeps trying to log in showing "Signing in..", and it goes like this for some long time eventually showing "Couldn't sign in to Microsoft Teams".
External company tried to find the problem but it didn't succeed. Here is what's been done:
- Tried a reset of the system with a clean Log-in
- Checked the firewall settings and made sure that the firewall is not blocking the login, via Hotspot of the phone
-> Login is not working in either of those cases - Checked the Logfiles and tried setting permission for the User in the Registry
- Checked that Single factor authentication is enabled (Not MFA)
- Checked that the account is working on the Teams-Web-Client as well as on our own Demo Room setup
-> The Account was working without any problems in those cases
-> Also verified that Credentials are correct and working (For example, that nothing has expired) - Tried to log in with a Teams-Room-Account from the German Location.
-> Was unsuccessful
