Product: Elite Slice for meeting rooms G2(Audio ready with Microsoft Teams rooms
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Downloaded and installed HP Elite Slice G2 - HP Cloud recovery tool. This version does not work with the MTR app. Is there compatible one available for this model

The recovery tool you can download with these instructions is obsolete and fails during installation.
