Hi Suddenly, I have several laptops that stop during the boot process. When powering them on, I get a black screen with the HP logo and “Protected by HP Wolf Security,” and it stays there indefinitely.

I can’t get into the BIOS settings by pressing Esc, F2, etc. Does anyone know if a faulty BIOS update was released in July/August?

ried your solution, but it didn't work.

When powering on, only the HP logo appears.

I tried Win+B while pressing the power button. If I press F2 when powering on, it says “Entering System Diagnostics” and stays there forever.
