Hello,

     I've been using the HP EliteDesk 800 G2 since 2016. It came with Win 7 and later upgraded to Win 10 with digital licence. Recently a reset was done to factory settings but I'm stuck with the original factory WIn 7 and unable to upgrade to Win 10. The media creation tool does not run and gives an error message Ox80072F8F - Ox20000. Using the WIndows update also returns a message that says no update available.

    Appreciate your help in upgrade to WIn 10.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery client and have it create the W10 recovery media.

I have attached the instructions for how to use the utility, below.

 

Page 11 of the instructions tells you how to install the drivers and software afterward.
