Product: HP Elitedesk 800 G4.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hey, I tried to install windows 10 32 bit on my elitedesk 800 g4 but whenever I get to the point of choosing language and region, the keyboard and mouse freezes. i have tried poking the bios settings, changing the usb ports but nothing seems to work. 

Kindly assist.

That model PC is only supported for W10 x64.
