HP EliteDesk G4 800
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am currently attempting to install a Windows 10 32-Bit operating system on a HP EliteDesk G4 800 machine, but I am running into an issue with the keyboard and mouse. The keyboard and mouse work fine when I access the BIOS or the Boot Menus, however, when it launches from the OS disk into the Windows Setup screen, the mouse and keyboard no longer work. The lights on the keyboard and the mouse both turn off and any action does not give any response.

I have tried using all of the different USB ports available on the machine. I have also confirmed the USB ports are enabled within the BIOS. I have also updated the BIOS to the latest version. I tested deploying a Windows 10 64-Bit operating system and the keyboard and mouse worked fine. The issue only appears when trying to use a 32-Bit OS. Are there any solutions or settings that could allow us to deploy a 32-bit OS on to the HP EliteDesk G4 800?

Hi:

Unfortunately, there aren't.

Only W10 x64 is supported.

The problem is because W10 32 bit doesn't have the required USB drivers for the USB 3/3.1 ports.
