Hi Everyone,

My employer recent changed my work laptop to an HP EliteBook 840 G6 with an OS of Windows 11.

I currently have the HP 2013 UltraSlim docking station as well as two HP EliteDisplay E243 23.8-inch Monitors and am having difficulty detecting the monitors to extend the display. The docking station does work as I am able to dock and use the monitors however it will only let me duplicate the display instead of extending.

Help please as my monitors are only a few years old and in great condition and I would hate to have to buy new ones since they do not have windows 11 drivers.

Any work around for this to use the laptop and extend the display with the monitors? I've tried DP and HDMI cables in another dock, and it would not display.
