Product: HP Elitedesk 800 G5 SFF
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Im working with a couple hundred HP Elitedesk 800 G5 SFF. Im trying to get them all up to date but im running into a problem where some of them are recieving the Win11 22h2 but most of them are not. According to MSinfo, these machines are all identical.

EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF

i5-9500 cpu model

8gb ram

 

When running the Microsoft pc Health check on the G5's that wont recieve the update it says it fails due to "secure boot is unsupported". Where as the only difference between those and the ones that work is the ones that work say secure boot is "on".

I have tried enabling secure boot in bios but still have no luck being able to update. I have also tried multiple versions of BIOS including the most recent one (2.17). Im at a loss as to why only some of these identical machines are able to recieve the 22h2 Windows 11 update
