Product: HP OfficeJet 5255 All-in-One Printer

Hello,

I have a HP Envy All in One PC.  Screen saver was not working so I reached out to Microsoft and they had me try a couple of different things,  Had me go into Msconfig - Serices - Startup.  They had me disable some of the items one at a time to see if resolved the Screen Saver not working.  Once I brought up my PC it will load up correctly but ask for a PIN which I can't get into due to its not connecting to my WIFI.  

Can anyone tell me how to  get to the DOS so I can type in msconfig and change everything back.  I tried so many opitiion with the F key and not sure when hitting the F key do I need to hold down the FN key.

My PC is 10 years old but still works like a charm.  I won't show in my account so I had to try reaching out this way .

Any help will be appreaciated
