My hp envy te01-3254 will not boot beyond the HP logo. Diagnostics show everything passes. Been in contact with HP support for a month, even sent them the computer. It was returned in the same state.
I did recovery many times with HP issued recovery flash drive.
Still will not boot. I can get to safe mode and all recovery options, but unsuccessful restoration. I was able to perform all diagnostics. All tests pass.
Computer was 14 months old when it stopped working. Any suggestions?

Hi @Phil_FtM
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Your PC problem has me stumped.
The PC power on self tests since you see the HP Logo.
All diagnostics tests pass.
HP returned the PC to you after factory service having the same symptoms.
HP provided a USB recovery flash drive. Is this USB drive a BIOS recovery drive or a HP operating system recovery drive?
I don't understand the following statement in your post, "I can get to safe mode and all recovery options, but unsuccessful restoration". Please explain what safe mode means; Windows Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment?
Try doing a clean Windows 11 install. Download the Windows Installation Media Tool at this Site on a different PC.
Make USB W11 installation media.
Try to do a clean Windows installation using the W11 USB installation media.
