HP Envy does not detect hard

HP Envy TE02-0031 does not detect hard drive during Windows 11 installation. I have installed RST driver during installation but it does not help. Can someone help me?

Try the IRST drivers that I zipped up and attached below which are for Intel 11th > 13th gen core processors.

If that doesn't work if you have a TE02-0031no model PC then it is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use on another PC to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive for this.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.
