Last night I have had the HP firmware 15.13.0.0 update (BIOS) Also I then done the cumulative update (KB5017383)

 

I'm not sure which one has caused these issues but when I now turn on my pc for some reason it loads up on my second monitor then by the time it comes to logging in its on my main also when restarting the pc the time quickly disappears then re appears slightly higher on my main monitor on the lock screen. Once I'm logged in after a few seconds all my icons seems to flick/flash/refresh only once and whenever I open Chrome or File explorer I get a bright white flash also when I maximise the file explorer this hurts my eyes. Anyone had this same issue? help.
