Hi HP Community,

I’m facing an unusual issue on my HP Pavilion laptop (running Windows 11). Most websites work perfectly fine, but one specific site refuses to load completely. It keeps buffering or gives a "site can’t be reached" message.

The website in question is this drinks menu page:
👉Dunkin Donuts Drinks Menu]

This site is actually mine, and I’ve checked it across multiple devices:
- Works on my phone
- Works on a friend’s Lenovo laptop
- Doesn’t work on my HP device (Chrome & Edge, both)

What I’ve tried so far:
- Flushed DNS
- Disabled firewall & antivirus
- Tried VPN
- Restarted router
- Reset browser settings

Still no luck.

💡 Could there be any HP-specific driver, BIOS setting, or pre-installed software blocking certain HTTPS sites? I’ve checked HP Support Assistant, but found nothing unusual.

This issue is affecting my workflow since I manage this site daily. If anyone from the community or HP tech team can provide insight, I’d really appreciate it!

Thanks in advance 🙏

Tanveer

Welcome to the HP Forum. Sawadee Khap (Hello)!

You are having a really strange issue. I can't envision HP doing anything which would target a specific web site.

When did this problem start? Can you recall any significant event happening immediately prior to the site connection issue?

Have you tried doing a system restore?

I could see intermittent connection issues to sites due to the complexity of the Internet. But your connection problem seems to be a constant. And I'm guessing the site connection problem happens even when the Laptop is using other Internet access points (a different router or a different ISP at different locations).

Do you have this problem when using both Ethernet and WIFI connections?

What browser is being used on the Lenovo PC?

Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling Chrome? Maybe try Firefox on your PC to see what happens.

My PC quickly loaded your site over an Ethernet connection using Brave which is also a Chromium based browser (Chrome and Edge).

I can't assist but would like to see how this problem is fixed. I'll be following this thread.

Regards
