HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have two screens, one PC and a HP Monitor connected via a HDMI cable, i keep getting an error message on my HP Monitor Screen "On Screen Menus are Locked". Can anyone advise? I have tried holding down the menu button for 10 seconds as well as the power button for 10 seconds but i am still receiving the error message every now and again on my screen.
