Product: HP OMEN 870-224
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to reset my PC back to factory. Basically back to its original when it came out of the box. I keep resetting it and it completes the process. As soon as I start the computer back up it says Undoing changes. And its back to what it was. Any help appreciated. Thanks!

From your comments, it does not sound like you are doing a Factory Reset; instead, it sounds like you are doing a System Restore.

 

The difference is that the second is a Windows function that only reinstalls  critical Window system files.  It is not a system reset.

 

Please provide us some details about HOW you specifically are doing this.
