Subject: HP Omen 16-B0080TX Motherboard Replacement Help Needed

I'm facing a challenging issue with my HP Omen 16-B0080TX laptop, equipped with a Core i7-11800H processor and 11th Generation technology, suddenly stopped working one day. The screen wouldn't turn on after I had shut it down normally. I took it to the HP service center, where they initially suspected it might be a BIOS issue. After updating the BIOS, they concluded that the problem lies with the motherboard and recommended replacing it.

Unfortunately, the warranty finished just 2 months ago, so I can't claim a warranty replacement.

Given that my laptop is relatively new and its parts aren't readily available, I'm having difficulty finding a replacement motherboard. I've checked with HP service centers, local electronics repair shops, and even tried searching for the part in the UAE, but to no avail.

If anyone in this community has encountered a similar situation or has any advice on how to locate a replacement motherboard for my HP Omen 16-B0080TX, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. Any information on where to source the part or any alternative solutions would be immensely helpful!

Hi @Kinza1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

I understand that this is a Hardware issue. But the support here is limited to software troubleshooting. However, since the unit might need repair/replacement motherboard, I would request you to contact HP Phone support.
