OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

My Omen 30L Desktop (purchased from Best Buy in December 2021) has started to randomly power off.  When it happens, the screens go black, the cooling fan light on the tower goes off, but the Omen icon light stays on.  The only way to get it to kick back on is to pull the power cord from the tower.  Holding the power button on the tower does not respond.  I use this PC every day for work.  Any suggestions?

No intensive use at the time of shutdown?
it could be an overheating problem, check the temperatures, and if not too much dust

Thank you for the reply.  Since your reply, I thoroughly cleaned the inside of the unit and have installed the HWMonitor software.  Today the unit has unexpectedly shut down 2x.  One was this morning, one was this afternoon.  The difference in these shut downs was that I was able to power back up using the power button.  I didn't have to unplug and then power back on.  Is there information from the HWMonitor software I can view to see if there was some significant heat?

Here are the 3 screen grabs as of this morning.  The PC has been on successfully since the last shutdown which was yesterday afternoon.temps 1.jpgtemps 2.jpgtemps 3.jpg
