HP Omen 30L i9 RTX3090 BIOS F.24 No Longer Recognizing XMP Profile. Rebooted, hit F10, Choose XMP Profile 1, Save and exit Bios and loads up in 2133MHZ not 3200MHZ as its been doing. This just started happening yesterday. Bought All New RAM Corsair Vengeance white 16x4 64GB 3200MHZ and not working. Same Ram as I had in the PC Before and it worked fine until yesterday. So I bought a NEW set yesterday and now only loads in 2133MHZ. Very Very Frustrated with this, please help HP, Thank you!

Not sure what's happening.
Can you run the factory RAM using BIOS XMP settings?
If yes, then @NonSequitur777 may be able to suggest compatible RAM upgrades for your MB.

Thank you, @Bill_To, happy to assist.
For that, @SPLivewire81, I need to know the exact model number of your HP Omen 30L.
One quick observation though: HP computers are somewhat finnicky when it comes to RAM and achieving max RAM speed, regardless of XMP access. As a matter of fact, Corsair Vengeance RAM has the dubious notoriety being a RAM-brand with one of highest HP-User complaints when it comes to overcome its SPD (Serial Presence Detect) or default RAM speed setting.
Kind Regards,

.@NonSequitur777 OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0380t CTO. I have had the Corsair Vengeance 64GB Kit in the computer since March and everything worked fine at 3200MHZ. Two days ago it started acting up and not booting. Making the beep beep beep noise on reboot. I popped a stick out one at a time and found the bad stick. Put three out of 4 sticks in and it worked fine with 48GB. Just to make sure it wasn't the DIMM on the HP Dorado Mobo I bought the exact same kit and had it over nighted to me. I installed Fresh Corsair Vengeance 64GB kit and it works at 2133mhz but when choosing 3200 in bios and save and exit it wont take. It stays at 2133mhz according to Task Bar. The Factory 32 GB HyperX Runs fine at 3200MHZ from the factory and doesnt require an XMP profile to be set. I tested those as well. I just run so many apps and windows at once for what I do that it is nice having the free 10-20GB of Ram being unused when I'm being creative. Thank you for your help, it is so much appreciated.
If I absolutely have to and have no choice to make this brand new RAM work I will have to cough up more and get a 64GB Kit that will run at 3200MHZ that you Recommend but since these worked in the passed on this exact computer I don't know why all of the sudden it didnt work.

I guess I'll try HP Ram with RGB and Samsung Die and G Skill Neo and see if I have any luck with any of those. If not, Anyone looking to buy an OMEN 30L that works perfectly with factory Hyper X 32GB 3200MHZ and RTX 3090 and 3TB Combined WD Black 850X NVME SSDs and 2 TB HDD with Watercooled i9 10850 and Coolermaster Platinum 80+ 750w????
