I'm hoping someone can come to the rescue. I have a bios issue with my HP Omen 30l GT13-1044na. On startup I have 8 beeps followed by 2 long 2 short beeps. I know this means the bios is corrupted. I have tried downloading the bios tool onto another PC and flash it to a USB stick and rebooting the problem PC with and without the windows key + B combination but neither have worked. I have tried removing the CMOS battery and trying again. Each time I have no picture on screen. I don't know if this is because the motherboard does not have onboard graphics, only the RTX card installed has video output. Please can anyone offer any other solutions. Thanks

The HP BIOS Recovery flash drive will not help if your PC has no video and no USB function.

 

The only two ways to fix this, I am aware of, is to contact HP Support for factory service or have a local PC tech attempt to flash the BIOS using a Serial ISP Programmer.
