I am occasionally getting a BSOD with a Memory Management error. I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics and it said there was a hardware error and to contact HP support. I am not sure what to do next. Do I go to Best Buy and ask for help or can I upload my Diagnostic test results? I do not know where they are located in my directories.

One of the memory chips in your PC has a problem and needs to be replaced.
I don't know how much memory your PC came with but if it came with more than one memory chip, you can remove all but one and test each memory chip one at a time and replace the one that reports the error.
It is unlikely that all of the memory chips (if more than one) are defective.
If you can get into Windows, run the Windows system information app and post the product number for your model PC that will be reported on the System SKU line.
Then I can give you the part number for the replacement memory chip you need from the parts list for your PC.

You're very welcome.
Below is the link to the parts list for the product number of the PC you posted:
The memory part number and description is:

The BBY Geek Squad staff should be able to fix the problem for you if you don't feel comfortable fixing it yourself.
