I downloaded HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC from the Windows Store but as soon as I open it on the PC appears the following POP UP:

"The Windows Event Log service must be running"

How do I use the HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTIC program?

Hello and thanks for your reply.

I decided not to download the program of the previous version. 

I think that we should get someone from HP to intervene who can forward to the technicians the problem explained and that I propose again.

Moreover, i had to perform system restore today just because i have tried to install realtek hd drivers to obtain equalizer function.

It took me 3 hours to get totally frustrated with mute PC, so i used system restore. 😞
