HP Pavilion 24 nao liga

Depois de realizar a atualização do sistemas automático do PC, não consigo mais fazer login, fica aparecendo uma mensagem pop-up no canto inferior direito dizendo "HDMI", depois  "PC" e a inicialização não acontece. Tirei o USB do mouse e aparece uma tela pedindo para fazer algumas opções, mas como não tem teclado não consigo. Como concertar esse problema?
