HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q127c hard drive crash / Reloaded OS (win 8.1) now touchscreen stopped wokring and I am missing drivers in device manager.
I need help asap is i am out of business with out this working

It appears that HP has retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old.
That's why you can't find any drivers for it on the HP support site.
We are currently not allowed to post links to third party driver sites.
However, I don't see anything improper with letting you know that the DriversCollection.com website has the drivers for your PC.
I use the site all the time and the drivers are legitimate and virus free.
Just do a search for your HP Pavilion 23-q127c (Touch) drivers and include in the search the Driverscollection website name and you will be able to find the drivers HP used to supply.

I had no problem finding it which is why I answered your post.

You will come across a link for the Intel Management Engine Interface driver.
Click on that and then at the top of the page, click on your PC and it will show all of the available drivers, not just that oone.
