Hi ,
I was working on Rhino 7 with V ray (a 3D modelling software and visualisation software respectively) - which has been functioning without any problems over the last 3 days. However, when I went to download textures from V ray, the monitor crashed. Now every time I go back to open the monitor and log in, it crashes after 10 or so seconds. There's nothing I can seem to do to stop the cycle of restarting and crashing - even if I plug it out and plug it in again.
Thank you in advance!
Alannah

Hi!
Check your storage and memory.
Press [ Esc ] on boot, and select [ F2 ] menu.
When tests pass, you can try to reinstall your system.
Windows media creator tool and at least 8gb empty pendrive required.
Plug in this device to computer, and Press [ F9 ] or [ Esc ], [ F9 ] on boot, and install your system.
Your other requirement for installing an Ethernet cable. Probably by default, windows cant recorgnize your wlan adapter, and some other driver.
When crashes continuous after reinstall, or just you have no option to this, please send back your device to repair.
I hope I could help.
