HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b277na

HP Pavilion All-in-One, running very slow, but we cannot reset to factory settings as process fails. sfc/scannow utility says it has found a corrupted file, but cannot repair it.  How do I reinstall Windows 10 (which was preloaded) when I do not know the product key information?

Hi:

Your PC's W10 product key is encrypted in the BIOS.

You don't need to know the product key to reinstall W10.

You can use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is:  Z7C07EA#ABU
