My HP Pavilion all in one desktop computer is a 6GB RAM and I only have 2GB usable. When I purchased the computer it came with a lot of apps already installed.
I would like to know how to determine which apps would be safe to uninstall to free up memory RAM space.

HP Pavilion 23-h056 Touchscreen All in One Energy Star
See: HP Pavilion 23-h056 TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC Product Specifications
Memory
• Amount: 6 GB
• Speed: PC3-12800 MB/s
• Type: DDR3-1600
Memory upgrade information
• Single channel memory architecture
• Two 204-pin DDR3 SODIMM sockets
• Supports up to PC3-12800 (DDR3-1600)
• Non-ECC memory only, unbuffered
• Supports 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB and 8 GB SODIMMs
• Supports up to 16 GB on 64-bit systems
So, your computer was originally shipped with 6GB, namely one 4GB stick and one 2GB stick.
Perhaps, the 4GB stick has "died", leaving you with only 2GB.
Perhaps, the 4GB stick is not properly "seated" in the socket, so that the motherboard cannot detect it.
Shutdown the computer.
Disconnect the AC power.
Check the two sticks of RAM.
Remove the 2GB stick.
Reconnect the AC power.
Start the computer.
Does it "complain" about "zero" RAM being installed, or does it now report 4GB as being present?
If it "complains", shutdown, disconnect power, and move the 4GB stick to the other (now-empty) slot, and test again.

@Rweston, welcome to the forum.
What is the model or product number of the computer? I will need it to review the specifications. Please do NOT furnish the Serial number or other personal information.

Thank you for the additional information, @Rweston.
The amount of memory (RAM) that you have available is not determined by any of the apps that you have installed. The apps are installed on the hard drive. The memory is only used when you open an app. Therefore, removing the apps will not increase the available memory.
I suggest that you download CPU-Z here. Once it is installed open it and select the "Memory" tab to see how much memory is shown. Also, you can right click on the Start button in the bottom left corner and select Run. In the box type msinfo32.exe and click OK. Here is what you will see in the Memory area:
As you can see, I have 16.0 GB Installed Physical Memory, but only 10.6 GB of Available Physical Memory. The other memory is being used by Windows for its purposes.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Great thank you. So I can see mine is Installed 6.0GB Total Physical 2.0GB Available Physical 413GB.
If I disable programs from the start up so they won't open will that help to increase the Availabe Physical or Total Physical?
I am applying for a job and the requirements is that your computer must meet certain specs. When they scanned my computer it did not meet the RAM anf failed. The requirement is (RAM) 3300 and my computer had (RAM) 2047. So
what can I do to get my computer to pass the RAM test, or is there nothing I can do.
Thanks

Where are you looking to find those numbers?
On my Windows 7 system, I see:
i.e., showing 7.88 GB usable, out of 8.00 GB -- the motherboard has "borrowed" 0.12 GB.
Or, start the Windows Task Manager.
Click to the "Performance" tab, to see something like:
to see (graphically and numerically) similar information as what that 'msinfo32' program, as suggested by the Other Person, reported.
