I cannot open URL's that are attached to my emails,  How do I fix this?

at least do you know if the email is legitimate
what is it written
how do you try to open it?

Yes, the email is legitimate.  I double click on the item or attachment.

Sorry I won't be able to play guessing games
What software do you use, given an example of a link etc !?
Can you right click on link, copy link, paste in browser?
It may be your security option, which blocks links to avoid clicking anything

I am using Windows 10. 

Microsoft Outlook..

The only way I can open the URL is to copy and paste it in Microsoft edge.
