Away for the weekend and came back to a cataotrophic drive failure. Mirror also gone -- though I should have replaced the mirror a couple of months ago when I noticed an issue.
Anyway.. have been trying to find on the HP Support site a Windows 7 Home Prem OA HP image so I can reload/re-install after I replace the drives. Probably a good time for an SSD drive.
So where do I find the Windows 7 image for this server, HPE-270f? What stinks -- I just upgraded to Windows 10 just a week back but will deal with that after I get my system back up and running.
Thanks!

Ordinarily, I would recommend using HP Recovery Media to restore your PC to its original condition. That would erase the entire drive, format the drive, and install the OS, the drivers, and the HP utilities.
Unfortunately, there is no HP Recovery Media linked to the HP Product Page for your PC. This could be an oversight by HP, or it could also mean that HP no longer stocks the recovery media for your PC. They no long stock recovery media for the older PCs.
You can try contacting HP Customer Support directly, using the links below, to see if you can order if from them:
If you live in the US or Canada, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/phone-assist.html#section1
If you live elsewhere, contact information is on this page: http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-contact-us.html
NOTE: After you get through, stay on the line until you are finally able to talk to some one -- it can take a while!
If HP no longer provides Recovery Media for your model, a couple of other sites you should check are: http://www.computersurgeons.com/ and http://www.restoredisks.com/
Good Luck

Thanks. Spent 1 hr 10 mins listening to the same incessent message, "All Operators.. busy.. blah blah". I think the wait time, more than 15 mins is crazy.
All I need is the media. Will look for help from Microsoft as a last resort. Have a license and the Win7 Ultimate key too..

The message is to alter folks that calls have been received from people claiming to be HP Support -- who then examine the person's PC, announce it needs major work, and then exact a fee -- for work that is not needed.
Glad the Computer Surgeons have what you need.
Good Luck

WAWood ... any idea why they need the serial number before they would take my order? Whom are they affiliated with that a "serial number" would be required? Seems odd. Not that it matters. They can't do anything with the number, just seems to be a weird requirement (as if they report to HP or something).
Per Computer Surgeons:
We are required to obtain the Serial Number for the computer. We would refer you to http://myrecoverycds.com/ to place your recovery media order. They do not require that information, and that would be the best avenue for your needs.
