HP Recommended

My HP Pavilion Elite h8-1020 Desktop Computer was operating but since I have had it since 2011, I purchased an HP all in one desktop.  Data was transferred to the All in One, but the Microsoft Program did not load although the data loaded.  The repair person said it wants a Microsoft Key number to load the Program so that Word, Excel, etc. will be usable.  Any ideas?

Sorry, but simply not possible.

 

The preloaded MS Office version that came with the PC was an OEM version that is tied to that PC.  It is not possible to transfer the license to another PC.
