Hello, i want to upgrade my HP so i can play games on betther graphic.
I have 8 Gb ram
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 six-core Processor
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 3GB
What can i change out here to make te FPS betther and play games on harden graphic ?

Good that's the 17H.
You have a few things you can do.
Since you have a 256 GB PCIe NVMe TLC M.2 Solid State Drive installed you do not need to upgrade it unless you want larger capacity.
If you want extra storage then go with adding an SSD and still use the M.2 as Boot Drive.
You could upgrade your CPU to an "AMD Ryzen7-2700 (Pinnacle Ridge) 8 cores/16 threads"
You can also upgrade your memory to 32GB "16GB would be plenty"
