Product: Pavilion 23 Touch smart Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Pavilion 23 desktop cooling fans don't seem to be working. They used to click on and were easy to hear. Now Nothing, and PC is acting squirrely. It was Windows 8 and I downloaded windows 10 some time ago.  What to do?

If it's an All-in-One unit, then there will only be one fan. And when you turn the PC on, if the fan does not work, then you *should* receive an error on screen saying something like 'CPU Fan not detected, system will shut down automatically'

Have you noticed any unusual noises? Is the unit getting hotter than usual? Is it running slower?

Best thing to do if you can is pop the back off and have a look at the fan.
