Hi there. Please advice me to grab drivers and latest bios for my HP Pavilion dv7-1213ea hotebook.

HP retired support for your PC since it is more than 10 years old, which is why you can't find any drivers for it on HP's support site.

Well, I do understand that it's quite old. At the same time, HP still maintains a support page for my even older HP-Mini netbook. I just want to be sure that the onboard BIOS is the latest version available.

The link you provided contains a BIOS vF..49 for a different hardware revision, which is not compatible with mine—probably intended for an Intel CPU. My onboard BIOS is vF.29.

I’m planning to replace the Phenom N930 with an Athlon II N330 or even a V120 CPU to reduce overheating coz it's hot like hell. However, there is no clear information on which CPUs are supported by this BIOS / notebook.

As for drivers, I’ll grab them using DriverPack.io solution, including the HP Quick Buttons.

I found an old post I replied to when HP did support the PC with drivers, and F.49 is for the notebooks with AMD processors.

Then I guess updating the BIOS in your notebook isn't going to happen, because even when I go back to the original dv7-1000 model series, it still has the same BIOS file number--sp45071.

I'm so stupid. It's different model. There is lpost sticker so gpt gimme rong model. It's dv7-4103er. I have found some drivers n bios for it. But I have problev with video card drivers. There is amd mobility hd 4000 and mobility hd 5000 series onboard. So I need correct combined driver. If I settup it separetly I've got black screen and other issues.

Yeah, I was going to let you know that I could not find one service manual for the dv7-1xxx model series that came with the Phenom N930 processor.

I'm thinking that you need this W7 x64 driver for the dual AMD switchable GPUs:

From the information I could find, your notebook has the latest BIOS update already installed.

I've grab this file. It's install fine with no errors. But next on 1st reboot it goes to BSOD. And on next reboot it's boot till logo and then screen just turn black. But notebook seems to be boot fine. Like there is video signal is turned off. It's Windows 7 Ultimate x64 on it. Gpt says there may be some correct order for installing drivers but i dunno it.
