Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

My Hp Pavillon p6-2110 is not booting and have checked the power supply which appears to fine when I have jumped the pins.  I also have solid green light in the back when plugged so power is going to the unit.

I am not sure at this point if it is the power switch the issue vs. mother board.   Any guidance or steps would be greatly appreciated to rule our one or both.

I recently updated the outdated drivers and not sure if that impacted the unit (less likely but just mentioning)

Thanks in advance,

SM

I have tried bypassing the power switch by shorting the two pins on the motherboard and still computer doesn't start.  ?   Way to know if motherboard is the issue.   I don't have any diagnostic disk.  Welcome thoughts and guidance.
