HP Pen does not compatible

I just bought the pen and it said not compatible.

 

Please give me some solutions.

@Kenaus I'm afraid there's nothing I could find that confirms this unit supports an Active Stylus and I have several data sources, yet none of them show the compatibility, 

In this situation, you can make use of a passive stylus instead, here's all you need to know about the same:

 

passive stylus (also known as capacitive stylus) functions the same as your finger on the screen.

Passive styluses do not require batteries, and they work on any touch screen device.
