HP Proliant ML370G5
Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

We have HP Proliant ML370G5 (Windows Server 2003 installed) with constant shutdown issues.

I have already replaced one SAS drive as it was detected damaged and needs to be replaced.

I also replaced the power supply and power black plane but still the same.

This server was connected to an APC UPS before with no issues.

So I plug it directly into the power source to think that the UPS is the problem but I still have the shutdown issues.

This time, I have replaced the motherboard but still facing the same issues. I don't even know what to do now.

Any idea what's wrong with this server?

Thanks!

Hi:

HP split into two companies several years ago.

HP supports PC's, printers, tablets and calculators.

HP Enterprise (HPE) supports servers, switches routers and tape drives.

You may want to post your question on the HPE community support forum--Proliant servers section...
