I cannot download the HP Recovery Image and Software Download Tool (ThinUpdate)

Is there currently an issue with ftp.hp.com?

I tried Firefox and Edge, same issue

27th of January and the file is still missing, only is available the 32 bit file.

 

When you will fix this?

Still not resolved!!

 

And i can't obtain WES7 image for my T510 too.

 

Have some thin client failed that i can't reinstall.

 

HP please repair this quick !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2nd April 2024 and this is still not available.

Tried calling support, by the time I was transferred to a technician they seemed to have no audio and hung up.

 

No call back 🙂
