I was trying to reinstall the drivers and the softwares since the OMEN Command Center (OCC) stuck/froze at the startup logo. I opend the HP Recovery Manager and it's transparently, there're no buttons, options (Check the screenshot below).
My Windows 10 version is 1903, I've already reinstalled the HP softwares, utilizes again and again but the situation didn't get solve. It was fine when before (I can't tell if the Windows 1903 killed it or the HP software update)

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Let's try these steps:
1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2) Look for OMEN Command Center.
3) Right-click to uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.
